At ZGO Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory experience. If a fragrance is not to your liking, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our boutique concierge via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package and ship the item back to our San Francisco boutique using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
