Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, every fragrance sold at ZGO Perfumery is 100% authentic. We are authorized retailers for all the brands we carry, sourcing directly from the perfume houses or their official distributors.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?

We certainly do. We offer a comprehensive sampling program where you can purchase 0.7ml to 2ml vials of almost any scent in our collection to ensure you love the fragrance before purchasing a full-sized bottle.

What is your return policy for perfumes?

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns on unopened, sealed, and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We recommend trying a sample first as we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days. Please note that perfumes must be shipped via ground transportation due to safety regulations.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to a select number of international destinations. However, because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials (flammable liquids), shipping costs and regulations vary significantly by country.

How should I store my new fragrance?

To preserve the integrity of your perfume, store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom, as humidity can degrade the scent over time.
