crafted from a blend of essential ingredients, including water, malt, hops, yeast, orange peel, coriander seeds, and, most notably, sundried bananas. During the brewing process, the sun-dried bananas are delicately introduced in small pieces, enhancing the banana essence. After fermenting for 10 days, additional bananas are incorporated into the beer to extract the distinct banana flavor. This results in a beer with a delightful aroma reminiscent of caramel, honey, and the unique scent of sun-dried bananas.
